Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• The ability to organize and prioritize.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and climb stairs.
• Must be comfortable sitting at a desk and typing frequently.
• Must be able to work in a team setting and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-7 supervision.
• Assist with daily living skills, routines, cooking, and personal hygiene.
• Support implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Assist with de-escalation of crisis situations using trauma-informed responses.
• Transporting clients to appointments, school, activities, etc.
