Job summary

• Provide services to clients under supervision of registered nurses, physicians, psychiatrists or other qualified personnel.
• Perform tasks within scope of education and facility policies; follow procedures.
• Coordinate services as part of interdisciplinary team; plan, monitor, document, and evaluate services.
• Make observations of clients’ physical conditions, behaviors and responses to treatment; report changes.
