Job summary

Child & Family Support Services, Inc. seeks a Therapist for its Young Adult program in Maricopa County. The role focuses on counseling Young Adults and families, supporting resilience, and coordinating with DCS, DDD, probation, and related partners.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, and a Master's degree with licensure preferred. A valid AZ license, FP clearance, and CPR/First Aid are required. We offer a full benefits package and flexible full/part-time options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years of related behavioral health experience with BHT.
• Master's degree and licensure preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older; valid AZ driver’s license with 39 month driving record; reliable transportation; negative drug test; DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card; CPR and First Aid training.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to Young Adults and families addressing stressors and trauma.
• Collaborate with family and team to craft clinical service recommendations for youths and their networks.
• Facilitate clinical meetings and maintain a productive, strength-based environment.
• Interact professionally with stakeholders (DCS, DDD, probation, DSPs, etc.).
• Perform other duties related to the position.
