Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and a valid Oregon driver’s license.
• Complete core competency training within the first three months.
• CPR and First Aid within the first three months.
• Reliable transportation and ability to obtain auto liability coverage.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide individuals and families through activities of daily living.
• Maintain professional boundaries while providing empathetic support.
• Engage families in parenting and life skills development.
• Document daily progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist with maintenance repairs reporting and safety compliance.
