Responsibilities

• Charts all pertinent observations regarding residents.
• Supervises residents during wake‑up, meals, recreation, counseling, education/vocation needs, daily routine and hygiene.
• Works with staff to implement program plans and treatment progress.
• Provides direct behavior observations and reinforcement as prescribed by the cottage team.
• Participates in team meetings and daily cottage briefings.
