Responsibilities

• Available for emergency situations during work hours.
• Assist Program Director with compiling monthly program statistical data.
• Assist with training and presentations conducted in the community.
• Attend required and appropriate staff and community meetings.
• Provide criminal justice outreach and advocacy to shelter clients.
• Provide case management and crisis intervention for domestic violence/sexual assault survivors.
• May assist with facilitation of groups.
• Demonstrate crisis intervention skills while managing a diverse caseload.
• Display a courteous and caring attitude to clients, volunteers, and staff.
• Cooperate and collaborate with program area staff and volunteers.
