Qualifications

• Connecticut LCSW or LPC licensed clinician.
• Associate Licensed Clinicians (LMSW, LPCA) considered.
• Experience treating trauma and related conditions preferred.
• EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic, or other trauma-focused training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop treatment plans and maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members; participate in supervision, consultation and meetings.
• Maintain ethical, culturally responsive and client-centered care.
