Boomerang Healthcare in California is seeking a Licensed Therapist experienced with trauma and/or first responders to provide direct psychological services to injured workers in an outpatient pain clinic. You will conduct assessments, deliver individual and group therapy, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, and ensure documentation in the EMR system while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Licensed therapy professional with California license (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC or Psychologist).
• Experience treating chronic pain and trauma in adults; ability to run psychoeducational groups.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual therapy to adults in outpatient pain clinic.
• Lead weekly psychoeducational classes for FRP program.
• Conduct brief individual therapy within FRP and monitor progress.
• Perform assessments and treatment planning for active caseload.
• Deliver clinical care per best practices in pain psychology.
• Refer to other modalities as needed; document care in EMR.
• Ensure care complies with legal and ethical standards.
