Job summary

Community Health Resources seeks a full-time Therapist at Mills House in Windsor, CT. Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, risk assessment, and crisis intervention to support 5 boys aged 14-21 in a community-based setting.

Requirements include a Master’s degree, LMSW/LPC-A/LMFT-A licensure, valid driver’s license, and ability to work Monday–Friday 11am–6pm. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in related field.
• LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A required; LCSW/LMFT/LPC or Licensed Psychologist preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required where transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides assessment and treatment interventions consistent with the program model.
• Conducts clinical and risk assessments.
• Collaborates to create individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Maintains client and staff records per agency policy.
• Provides crisis assessment and intervention and participates in supervision.
