KVC Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Therapist to provide trauma-informed therapy and case management for children and adolescents in our Hays, Kansas programs. The role collaborates with families, schools, and partners to create individualized paths to healing.

Your responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, and delivering therapy within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring safety, accuracy in documentation, and compliance with standards.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• Current license to practice (e.g., LMSW, LSW, LSCSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LCMFT) in the applicable state(s).
• At least one year of supervised therapy experience with children/adolescents.
• Documentation and record-keeping aligned with agency guidelines.
• A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.

Aufgaben

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using trauma-informed techniques.
• Lead intake assessments and develop initial and master treatment plans as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Facilitate coordination with guardians, schools, and community partners to plan care.
• Complete clinical documentation including discharge summaries and progress reports on time.
• Ensure all services meet state, federal, and accrediting standards.
