Job summary

• Lead, coach, and support direct care staff during each shift.
• Promote a safe, trauma-informed environment for clients.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, time approvals, performance evaluations, and accountability.
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate staffing based on program needs throughout the shift.
