Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a related clinical field.
• Minnesota clinical licensure or eligibility to practice under supervision.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, trauma-informed psychotherapy aligned with client needs.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Use outcomes monitoring and client feedback to guide care.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with families, providers, and community supports.
• Participate in supervision and continued learning.
• Contribute to group and program development with your expertise.
