Job summary

One Hope United’s Hope Houses in Illinois provide trauma-informed, therapeutic foster homes for youth ages 13-17. Therapists deliver individual, family, and group therapy, lead treatment planning, and coordinate with schools and external providers to ensure holistic care.

Flexible hours, small caseloads, and strong program support promote meaningful clinical work. The role emphasizes innovative modalities, ongoing training, and a collaborative care team to support youth recovery and development

Qualifications

• MA/MS in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field; license-eligible.
• Strong trauma-informed care and evidence-based practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Lead treatment planning and collaborate with caregivers and providers.
• Coordinate care with schools, medical providers, and case manager.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Participate in court hearings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Lead therapeutic groups within the home and crisis intervention when needed.
