Job summary

CAPSA in Preston, Idaho is seeking a licensed or eligible therapist to provide trauma-informed individual and group therapy to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.

This full-time role offers 30 hours per week with full benefits, including PTO, medical/dental/vision, retirement match, and EAP. You will work closely with CAPSA advocates and caseworkers, perform risk assessments, and develop survivor-directed treatment plans in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a closely related clinical field
• Current Idaho license for this work, or eligibility and commitment to obtain one; associate, provisional, and supervised credentials are welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals and groups, assess needs and safety, and build survivor-directed treatment plans
• Coordinate referrals with Idaho providers and work with CAPSA advocates and caseworkers
• Conduct crisis evaluations including suicide risk and safety planning
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and ensure proper documentation
