Job summary

EverForward in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a PRN/Part-Time Therapeutic Visit Supervisor to oversee clinically informed family visits for children in out-of-home care. You will model trauma-informed practice, coach caregivers, and ensure safety and strong parent-child interactions across office, community, and home settings.

The role requires advanced clinical judgment, documentation, and collaboration with the treatment team. Travel, evenings, and non-weekend scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Preferred licensure in the applicable behavioral health discipline, when relevant.

Responsibilities

• Supervise scheduled therapeutic family time visits with child safety and wellbeing as priorities.
• Provide real-time therapeutic coaching to parents or caregivers during visits.
• Apply trauma-informed, attachment-focused interventions during visits.
• Observe parent-child interactions and document progress toward goals.
• Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and agency compliance.
• Travel between office, community, and home-based visit locations as needed.
• Complete required documentation within agency time frames.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development.
