Job summary

EverForward seeks a PRN/Part-Time Therapeutic Visit Supervisor to oversee emotionally safe family time visits and support healthy parent–child interactions. The role emphasizes trauma-informed practice, clinical judgment, and accurate documentation across office, community, and home settings.

Responsibilities include real-time coaching, adherence to case plans, and collaboration with treatment teams, with evening availability as needed. Travel between locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Preferred licensure/registration in applicable discipline when relevant.
• Requires background checks and adherence to agency policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise scheduled therapeutic family time visits ensuring child safety and a calm environment.
• Provide real-time therapeutic coaching and psychoeducation to parents based on child needs.
• Apply trauma-informed interventions to support healthier parent–child interactions.
• Document visits objectively and communicate observations to the team within required timelines.
• Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and compliance with all guidelines.
