Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two years of study preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED and willingness to earn highly qualified status.
• Experience with K-12 students preferred.
• Trauma-informed practices and positive behavior management preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse students in an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise learning activities and provide learning support to students.
• Support instruction and reinforce skills as prescribed by teachers.
• Assist in checking and evaluating students' work.
• Work with students individually or in small groups using manipulatives.
• Promote classroom behavior standards and PBIS initiatives.
• Document student progress and maintain records.
