The Appoquinimink School District is seeking a Student Development Assistant to provide direct, trauma-informed support in its Highfive THRIVE Lab. This role involves assisting with academic instruction, implementing behavior support plans, and facilitating mindfulness activities. The ideal candidate has experience in educational or therapeutic settings, understands trauma-informed care, and possesses strong communication and collaboration skills. The position offers a maximum of 29 hours per week within a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications
