Job summary

The Center for Jewish Mental Health in Brooklyn provides culturally responsive outpatient mental health care. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, creative arts, or social work from an accredited program and NY license/permit.
• Experience in outpatient mental health services preferred.
• Cultural humility and ability to serve diverse Jewish communities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and risk assessments.
• Develop and update treatment plans with clients and supports.
• Provide individual, family, group, and crisis services.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
• Document according to agency and regulatory standards.
• Participate in meetings and required trainings.
