Job summary

The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth (TLC) is seeking a School Counselor to support students, families, and school personnel in promoting academic and social success within the Boyertown area. The role includes case management, mental health support at school and home, and collaboration with community agencies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required, preferably in counseling.
• School Counselor certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to students, families, and school personnel to promote academic and social success.
• Perform case management and coordinate home-based and community resources as needed.
• Consult with school staff, coordinate with community agencies, and train school and community populations.
• Respond to crisis situations and provide trauma-informed counseling support.
• Support district partners with prevention and intervention strategies for student well-being.
