Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a School Clinician in Wilmington, Delaware, on-site for a full-time role. You will provide individual and group counseling to students, complete assessments, and develop treatment plans aligned with IEP and behavioral goals.

You will collaborate with families, school staff, and community partners to support students’ emotional and behavioral needs. The role includes crisis intervention, CPI when needed, and delivering skill-building curricula.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to students
• Complete assessments and develop treatment plans
• Support IEP and behavior goals with school staff
• Implement skill-building curriculum
• Provide crisis intervention, de escalation, and CPI when required
• Collaborate with families and external partners
• Maintain accurate documentation and case records
