You will perform nursing duties, participate in assessment, planning, medication administration and patient education while collaborating with the care team to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Successful completion of nurse residency upon hire.
• CT RN license required.
• AHA BLS Provider credentialed.
• Must be able to effectively communicate information in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care including assessment, treatment planning, medication administration and patient education.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Support trauma-informed care for the patient population and work with a multidisciplinary team.
