Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in clinical nutrition/medical nutrition therapy, focused on mental health and/or women's health preferred.
• Eating disorder experience strongly preferred/required.
• Strong group facilitation skills and ability to engage clients in a supportive environment.
• Familiarity with therapeutic settings and understanding of nutrition-mental health connection.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead four weekly nutrition groups tailored to women in treatment.
• Provide evidence-based, trauma-informed nutritional guidance aligning with mental health goals.
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and other providers to create integrated care plans.
• Educate clients on nutrition's role in mental health, emotional well-being, and recovery.
• Coordinate, shop for, and maintain the program's client snack supply.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on client progress and participation in group sessions.
• Stay current on best practices in nutrition related to eating disorders and emotional health.
