Job summary

Center for Change is seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, providing nutrition counseling to inpatients and outpatients in Orem, Utah. You will develop and adjust meal plans, assess progress, and support discharge planning within a compassionate, healing environment.

The role offers a dynamic team with physicians, therapists, and nurses, and requires driving to transport patients per company policy. Salary is dependent on experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Dietetics required.
MS in Dietetics preferred.
Licensed in Utah & National RD Certification.
Familiarity with intuitive eating preferred.
Dietitians must transport patients using company vehicles with driving record checks.

Responsibilities

Conduct nutritional assessments and monitor patients' daily status.
Design and adjust hospital meal plans and monitor progress.
Report to therapists on patient nutrition and progress toward goals.
Provide weekly nutrition counseling to establish goals and address challenges.
Assist with discharge planning and transition to outpatient care.
