Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy within scope of training and licensure.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Monitor treatment progress.
• Participate in supervision and case consultation.
• Coordinate care when clinically appropriate.
• Maintain ethical, culturally responsive, and HIPAA-compliant practice.
