Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight for HR operations, organizational effectiveness, and people strategy.
Partner with executive leadership to ensure policies and initiatives support wellbeing and Christ‑centered mission.
Evaluate and strengthen organizational structure, workforce planning, and team development as the ministry grows.
Collaborate with senior leaders to foster a healthy, mission‑aligned culture across teams.
Oversee a $1M departmental budget and payroll/benefits administration for ~14M in payroll.
