Job summary

Nexus Family Healing invites applications for a Milieu Supervisor on the Aspen House 2nd shift in Mendota Heights, MN. You will lead a trauma-informed milieu, coordinate daily operations, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality care for teens and their families.

The role includes trauma-informed guidance, documentation, scheduling, and collaboration with clinical teams. Onsite in Mendota Heights, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in related field.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed milieu leadership and mentorship.
• Develop staff schedules to ensure safe, effective client care.
• Coordinate daily activities (transportation, family visits, events).
• Support staff in maintaining calm, therapeutic interactions with youth.
• Assist in creating and implementing individualized client guidance plans.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of activities.
• Collaborate with clinical teams on treatment plans and interventions.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of trauma-informed staff.
