Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active Maryland license (LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C) is required once licensed.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation (COMAR, Medicaid, CARF standards).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care.
