Job summary

Evolve Life Centers is a growing behavioral health organization dedicated to trauma-informed mental health and substance use treatment for adults in outpatient and residential settings. We seek Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW-C, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC) to join our team for flexible full-time, part-time, or fee-for-service roles.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and an active Maryland license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active Maryland license (LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C)
• In-Person availability
• Experience with adults in outpatient and/or residential settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide group therapy in-person once a week
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning when needed
• Potential for Individual and Family therapy
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care
