GRO Community is seeking Mental Health Specialists to provide strength-based support to male clients aged 5 and up in Cleveland and surrounding areas. You will work in home, school, and community settings, delivering both individual and group interventions that foster social and communication skills.

The role emphasizes advocacy in Black and Brown communities, collaboration with school and probation personnel, and adherence to treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• GRO provides training; no prior experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
• Reliable transportation and active auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral health services to male clients 5+ years.
• Deliver group-based interventions and skill-building sessions.
• Support clients in real-world settings such as home, school, community, or justice environments.
• Collaborate with school deans, case managers, and probation officers.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and follow clinical service plans.
• Submit timely progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Maintain a caseload up to 25 clients; attend supervision and meetings.
