Job summary

The Johns Hopkins University seeks a Mental Health Services Clinician, Trauma Liaison, to provide general clinical services and lead trauma-informed initiatives across campus. You will develop partnerships with Gender-Based Violence Prevention, Title IX, and other offices to enhance access to care for trauma-impacted students and learners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work from an accredited program.
• Licensed as a mental health provider in required jurisdiction or eligible to obtain licensure within the specified timeframe.
• Minimum of 2 years post-graduate clinical experience; doctoral degree may substitute for some requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services, including intake, counseling, group work, and crisis intervention.
• Serve as a trauma liaison, developing partnerships with campus offices and coordinating trauma-informed care.
• Consult with campus partners to strengthen referral pathways, access, and continuity of care.
• Lead outreach, psychoeducation, and interdisciplinary training on trauma-informed practices.
