EL CONCILIO CALIFORNIA is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy to individuals, families, and groups. The role includes case management, crisis intervention, and treatment planning across agency locations and telehealth when appropriate.

The clinician will maintain HIPAA-compliant records, collaborate with partners, and support the agency’s mission to promote emotional well-being in the community.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field is required.
• Licensure or eligible licensure in California is required or welcomed.
• Experience in behavioral health services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop, implement, and update treatment plans reflecting progress and goals.
• Maintain an active clinical caseload across agency locations and telehealth when appropriate.
• Conduct risk assessments, crisis intervention, and referrals as needed.
• Ensure documentation meets HIPAA, privacy laws, and agency standards.
• Coordinate care with internal staff and external community partners.
