Bay Cove Academy is seeking a licensed Math Teacher to educate middle and high school students within a trauma-informed, therapeutic day school setting. The ideal candidate will be organized, patient, and able to apply Massachusetts Curriculum Framework content with sensitivity to students' complex backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts teaching license in Content Area is required.
• Massachusetts Moderate Special Education License is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Teach math to middle and high school students in a therapeutic setting.
• Design lessons aligned with the Massachusetts Curriculum Framework.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including educational, clinical, nursing, and vocational staff.
