Job summary

Apex Staffing assists a leading Arkansas personal injury firm in hiring an experienced Litigation Paralegal to manage day-to-day operations of cases headed for trial. The role supports attorneys handling sensitive litigation involving survivors of sex trafficking and sexual abuse, requiring compassion, discretion, professionalism, and a trauma-informed mindset.

Qualifications

3+ years of litigation experience; personal injury experience preferred.
Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
Experience with case management software strongly preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
