Job summary

You will facilitate sessions, support clients, and implement evidence-based interventions within a trauma-informed framework. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree with related experience in domestic violence services and social services, plus strong judgment and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 1 year domestic violence training and 1 year group facilitation.
• 1 year social services experience; relevant experience may substitute for degree.
• Strong judgment, time management and interpersonal/communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, plan and facilitate individual and group sessions per curriculum/manual as scheduled.
• Participate in Service Team Meetings and present client progress and assessments.
• Attend trainings including MI and group facilitation.
• Document sessions in CSI and CSSD data systems on the same day.
