Youth Villages’ Treatment Foster Care program provides intensive in-home treatment for youth in foster care while supporting foster parents and advocating for each youth's best interests. The PRN role serves 0–18-year-olds with trauma and behavioral health needs, emphasizing family reunification whenever possible.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a social services discipline is required.
• Experience with Foster Care systems or counseling adolescents is preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and a flexible schedule.

Aufgaben

• Carries a caseload of 8 to 10 families.
• Provides services to the entire family—not just the identified youth.
• Attends 3 weekly meetings for professional development.
• Provides on-call crisis support to youth and family.
• Completes documentation in an EMR system.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
