Job summary

Partners4Wellness seeks compassionate counselors and mental health therapists to join our Counseling & Connection Division and support families served by the Orange County Social Services Agency. The role focuses on assessment, counseling, treatment planning, case management, and crisis support for children, adolescents, and their caregivers.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, have direct service experience, and demonstrate trauma-informed practice along with

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• 1+ year direct service experience in human services.
• Current California BBS registration or active licensure preferred.
• Experience with children, adolescents, families with behavioral health needs.
• Trauma-informed and family-systems knowledge.
• Clear, accurate clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake, assessment, and ongoing review of family needs.
• Develop individualized treatment and service plans with clients and families.
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling within scope of practice.
• Deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive services to children and families.
• Coordinate with Social Services Agency and community partners.
