Job summary

The Refuge – A Healing Place in Florida is seeking a Clinical Program Manager for the Oak House Program, working with the Clinical Services Director to support eating disorder treatment and trauma-informed care. The role requires collaboration with clinical leadership, medical providers, and support staff, ensuring client needs are met and care is delivered efficiently.

Qualifications include LMHC/LCSW/LMFT licensure, a master's in relevant field, and experience in trauma-informed care;

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Fully licensed LMHC, LCSW or LMFT.
• Experience with eating disorders and trauma-informed care.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain administrative and clinical operations to provide quality care.
• Plan program goals, resources, and equipment.
• Oversee the program's budget and participant policies.
• Direct staff and coordinate care delivery.
• Develop treatment plans and maintain records.
• Serve as liaison with clinical leadership and medical staff.
• Provide outreach in area of clinical specialty.
