Job summary

North London NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Diversion and Inclusion Lead Worker. Based across Enfield sites, you will lead trauma-informed approaches to drug and alcohol service delivery and work with internal teams and external partners to improve access and reduce health inequalities.

You will manage a caseload with complex needs, develop diversion pathways, coordinate harm reduction activities, and deliver staff training to promote inclusive practice and better outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading diversion pathways in health or social care.
• Experience applying trauma-informed practice in service delivery.
• Ability to work with diverse and marginalised groups.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with partners and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of service users with complex needs, completing assessments, risk management and personalised care plans.
• Lead the development of diversion pathways to reduce unnecessary involvement with criminal justice, and ensure inclusivity.
• Coordinate harm reduction initiatives including Naloxone distribution and overdose prevention.
• Build partnerships with criminal justice and healthcare providers, housing and voluntary sectors.
• Provide leadership and training on inclusion and trauma-informed practice; support quality improvement.
