The position requires a relevant degree, prior court advocacy or legal office experience, and familiarity with Oklahoma court systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, psychology, criminal justice, political science or similar field.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Court Advocate or in a legal office setting required.
• Working knowledge of the Tribal and state of Oklahoma Court System in criminal or family court proceedings required.

Responsibilities

• Attend all court hearings and assist with preparing petitions.
• Compile documentation and coordinate with the Staff Attorney to provide services.
• Provide client-centered, trauma-focused court support to victims.
