Paylocity is seeking a Community Support Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination of the program in Northshore and Barrington. The role emphasizes trauma-informed practices, confidential participant handling, and mentor support. You will recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with community mentors and partners.

The position requires experience with trauma-affected populations, training in domestic violence, and the ability to travel between communities as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with survivors of intimate partner violence or trauma-affected populations.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 40-hour Domestic Violence Training completed within first month; ICDVP credential preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Ability to travel between Northshore and Barrington locations.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, screening, interviewing, onboarding and ongoing support of Community Mentors.
• Coordinate mentor applications, training logistics, resources and routine communication with stakeholders.
• Support program activities, outreach and adherence to policies and trauma-informed practices.
• Conduct participant intakes and screenings; coordinate mentor matches; track relationships in program tools.
• Notify director of concerns affecting safety, mentor support or program needs.
• Provide guidance to mentors and mentees within confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Maintain program records, mentor files, data entry and timely reporting.
• Participate in meetings, trainings and case consultations.
