Job summary

Harbor Oaks Hospital in New Baltimore, MI is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our behavioral health team. You will perform psychosocial assessments, develop trauma-informed treatment plans, and support families while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and dignity.

New grads are welcome with LMSW/LCSW/LSW licensure options; we provide supervision and opportunities for growth. The position offers an hourly rate of $30.00–$35.00 and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work is required.
• Limited licensure accepted (LMSW/LCSW/LSW) for this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to inform treatment planning.
• Develop trauma-informed, individualized treatment plans with care and collaboration.
• Support families during challenging times and guide them through discharge planning.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other staff to deliver multidisciplinary care.
• Lead engaging group sessions to educate, motivate, and empower patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage caseload to ensure safety and compliance.
