Job summary

Camp Wediko in Windsor, NH seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead a cabin team and supervise staff during a six to eight-week residential summer program for youth ages 8-18. The role involves trauma-informed interventions, daily group therapy, and collaboration with guardians and outside providers.

You will conduct twice-weekly clinical supervision, perform performance reviews, and ensure program adherence while maintaining safety and care standards on site at Camp Wediko.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related human services field.
• 1-3 years plus experience in a residential or school setting.
• Familiarity with MTSS and PBIS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement trauma-informed individual and group treatment interventions.
• Facilitate daily group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with guardians, family therapists, and outside providers on progress.
• Provide twice-weekly clinical supervision and coaching for staff.
• Complete mid-summer and end-of-summer performance reviews for staff.
• Follow program structures and policies to maintain consistency and safety.
• Respond to emergencies per agency policies and complete required trainings.
• Handle client documentation and end-of-summer discharge paperwork.
