Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in managing care to children and families, with trauma exposure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with families and professionals.
• Education: Master’s degree in social work/counseling or related field.
• Licensure: LISW or LPCC in Ohio; supervisory license preferred or obtainable.
• Certifications: QRTP Trauma Model preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Experience: trauma-informed counseling to youth and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to group home and clinical team staff.
• Oversee weekly treatment team meetings and staffings.
• Develop and monitor ISP/ITP with clients, families, and other providers.
• Deliver individual, group, and family counseling; provide crisis intervention.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
