Cornerstone School, a day treatment, trauma-informed program administered by NFI Vermont, is seeking a full-time Classroom Counselor to provide social, emotional, behavioral, and academic support in our classrooms.

The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, team-oriented, open to feedback, and comfortable working with students facing challenges. This 40-hour/week position includes a comprehensive benefits package and tuition reimbursement; hourly rate is $21.00–$23.00.

Qualifications

• Full-time classroom counselor role in a trauma-informed day treatment setting.
• Experience with students facing social/emotional/behavioral challenges preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide social, emotional, behavioral and academic support in classrooms.
• Collaborate with team and participate in PBIS and school-wide initiatives.
