Job summary

CHILDRENS CRISIS TREATMENT CENTER INC is seeking a part-time Clinical Supervisor in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves completing intake assessments and providing individual and family psychotherapy to children aged 2-14 facing crisis and behavioral health issues, in a trauma-informed manner.

The successful candidate will engage families, perform CANS assessments with measurable improvements, and participate in supervision.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology required.
• Minimum of one-year experience providing psychotherapy to children and families (internships accepted).
• Licensed or licensed eligible in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Experience in an interdisciplinary team setting.

Responsibilities

• Engage children and families in therapy once weekly.
• Complete CANS assessments and demonstrate improvements.
• Conduct intake assessments and referrals.
• Attend supervision sessions as agreed.
• Attend trainings and maintain licensure requirements.
• Maintain productivity and timely chart records.
• Develop discharge plans with caregivers for discharged cases.
• Provide case management as needed.
