Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related field.
• Licensed to practice therapy (PLMHP/LMHP/LIMHP/LICSW/LMHC/LICSW/LCSW).
• Pediatric therapy certifications such as play therapy, art therapy, or ABA.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the system's core mission and values.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments for level I outpatient suitability.
• Refer to psychiatrists or higher levels of care when needed.
• Maintain direct care hours, respond to walk-ins or crises.
• Develop treatment and safety plans by the second session.
• Create discharge plans after care completion.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
