Job summary

The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks a Behavioral Health Clinician to provide comprehensive mental health and substance use treatment in supportive housing or residential settings. You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices to promote stability and recovery.

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will document in the EHR, address crises, and help clients access housing, employment, and education

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Current provisional license (LSW/LMFTC/LPCC).
• Minimum one year of health care or human services experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health evaluations and diagnosis.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver individual and group therapy focused on recovery.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and community resources.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and accurate progress notes.
• Support housing stability and client independence goals.
