Job summary

SEARHC in Juneau is seeking several highly qualified Master's prepared Behavioral Health Clinicians to join the Juneau Vintage Park interdisciplinary team providing culturally responsive individual, family and group therapy for those experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health disorders.

Clinicians conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals to promote recovery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or a related field.
• Current licensure or eligibility in Alaska preferred.
• Experience with trauma-focused therapy desirable.
• Ability to perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Participate in supervision and ensure timely documentation.
• Maintain records per accreditation standards and uphold confidentiality.
