Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, school psychology, social work, or NYS license in Mental Health Counseling.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors.
• Knowledge of behavioral assessment, ABA, positive behavior supports, and person-centered planning.

Responsibilities

• Assess and identify behavioral needs of individuals with ID/DD.
• Conduct behavioral observations and functional behavior assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Collect, document, and analyze behavioral data to evaluate progress.
